JOB TITLE: Business Development Director
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Conduct research to understand market trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies; develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans aimed at achieving brand loyalty and customer acquisition; direct marketing activities to promote services and the brand focusing on building brand awareness and attracting new customers; measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and using data to improve future marketing tactics and strategies; oversee the financial aspects of the marketing campaigns, such as budgets, expenditures, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections; compile detailed listings that describe the company’s service offerings, ensuring clarity and accessibility for marketing purposes; collaborate with external partners on joint marketing ventures or when specialized marketing support is needed.
JOB REQUIREMENT: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Hospitality Management and 2 years of work experience in the job offered.
